Mio Cannone provides your instrument with insurance until the comfort of your home. The instruments are carefully packaged by our professionals in our workshop located in Cremona. Special packaging was developed to ensure a safe transition. A specialized delivery carrier will deliver your masterpiece to the delivery address provided during the acquisition. You will get a notification from the carrier when your Mio Cannone is about to arrive. Arranged delivery times will be set between you and the carrier. Shipping and package costs are 100% covered by Mio Cannone Violini, except when our carrier partners do not cover the delivery destination. Import taxes, import licenses, and other expenses related to the import procedure are the buyer’s responsibility. If your Mio Cannone happens to arrive broken or damaged, Mio Cannone Violini covers all return costs and manages any buyer’s compensation.
Import taxes are not the responsibility of Mio Cannone Violini, and the amount will depend on the country’s policy to which the instrument will be delivered.

Our packaging was specially developed to ensure you a damage-free delivery. Are all products available for immediate delivery?
No! The ones labeled ‘only available for commissions’ are not available for immediate delivery.
How long does it take?
After the payment is confirmed, we will ship your masterpiece within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery usually takes up to 7 days; however, it depends on the location provided at the time of the order. We will make sure to keep you updated!
Which countries are the instruments delivered to?
All countries, except Iran, Sudan, Syria, Cuba (some locations), and Russia (some locations).
How much does shipping cost?
Nothing! Mio Cannone Violini covers all shipping costs.
Can I have the instrument delivered to a different address or another person?
At the moment of check out, you will have the option to provide two addresses, the billing address one and the shipping addresses – they can be different from each other. We will send your instrument to the delivery information provided at the time of the order. If the purchase is a surprise or a gift, please let us know, and we will make it happen for you!

Mio Cannone Violini has a 30-day trial period, starting on the day you receive your instrument. If the chosen masterpiece does not respond to your needs or to what you were expecting, you can send it back to us.
You can either choose to:
– upgrade to a more expensive instrument and pay the difference
– downgrade to a less expensive instrument and get a refund of the difference
– choose another one of the same prices and not pay anything
– have a 100% refund
Mio Cannone Violini covers all the first chosen instrument’s return costs and the shipping of the second one to enhance your online buying experience. Hassle-free returns are our specialty. How many shipments and returns are free of charge?
Two shipments and one return. Mio Cannone Violini will not charge return shipping costs for customers’ first exchange within the 30-day trial, neither charge the shipping of your second choice. However, in case the decision is to return the second choice, all return costs are under the costumers’ responsibility.
We ask all our clients to keep the package for at least until the end of the 30-day trial period, as we aim to use the same packaging in case of returns. In your arrival kit, you will find the instructions on how to pack your returning instrument correctly. Follow all the instructions carefully and do not hesitate to contact us in case of any doubts.
What is your return policy?
You can have a 30-day trial period of any instrument for total peace of mind. Starting from the day of arrival, you will be able to try and decide if the instrument corresponds to your needs.
What is your refund policy?
You can either exchange for another one (upgrade and pay the difference or downgrade and receive the difference) or receive 100% of your money back.
How do I return an item?

How long does it take to be refunded?
Once we receive your returned instrument, we will immediately initiate the process with your option selected on the return form. Refunds will depend on your original payment method.

What happens if the instrument arrives damaged?
Please, make sure to contact us as soon as you notice the damage. We will ask you to provide us with some photos to show its current state. Depending on the damage we will either repair it or, in case you prefer, you can be 100% refunded. We will cover all the costs of repair or return.
